**2. Documentation & Process Compliance**

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation to ensure continuity across teams and coordinators.
  • Follow established workflows and contribute to process consistency across the team.
  • Capture all relevant details and decisions in the event record, ensuring transparency and auditability.

**3. Workload & Pipeline Management**

  • Participate in a collaborative claiming/assignment model to balance team capacity, event complexity, and delivery timelines.

  • Serve as a self‑starter who anticipates needs and drives tasks to completion without waiting for direction.
  • Use resources including documentation and management support to remain compliant.

**4. Stakeholder Communication**

  • Work in collaboration with the sales rep to act as the primary operational contact for instructors, client partners, and internal delivery teams.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication regarding scheduling, logistics, and expectations.
  • Participate in routine coordination meetings (e.g., weekly syncs) and contribute updates.

**5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration**

  • Work closely with various teams including labs, kits, training support and instructor management to ensure cost effectiveness and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve process quality, tools, and documentation.

**HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:**

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to client‑specific variations.
  • Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce).
