What you can look forward to:

Northern Star has fantastic opportunities for experienced Process Technicians across our three major operational sites - Carosue Dam, Jundee and Thunderbox. These positions will require you to be responsible for keeping the Process Plant running safely and efficiently.

Ensuring the effective recovery of gold from ore processed whilst minimising costs

Monitoring the process with sampling procedures to ensure targeted metallurgical recoveries are being met

Undertaking hazard analysis, ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported

Identifying/reporting maintenance requirements for plant and equipment through the undertaking of workplace inspections

Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness around the plant

Where you'll add value:

Solid experience working in a gold processing plant.

Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and strong attention to detail.

Experience operating across crushing, Control Room operations, Carbon in Leach (CIL), and Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) management.

Qualifications

Current Australian C Class Driver's Licence (Mandatory)

Desirable Tickets & Licences - Working at Heights, Confined Space, White Card, Loader / Integrated Tool Carrier (IT), Skid Steer, Forklift, Telehandler

Highly Regarded: Elution circuit operations, Gravity circuit operations, Gold Room operations
