Process Worker

Waitaki BioSciences is looking for reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our Christchurch manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role supporting the manufacture of high-quality natural health ingredients in a production environment where quality, safety, teamwork and attention to detail are important.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production and processing equipment.

Carry out batching, drying, blending, milling and extraction processes.

Monitor production and complete required production records.

Perform routine quality checks, including weights, temperatures, and pH.

Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.

Clean and maintain equipment and production areas, including CIP and changeover cleaning.

Identify and report on equipment, quality, or safety issues.

Work as part of the team to achieve production requirements.

Are able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol test.

* Have previous manufacturing or food-processing experience — an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
