About the role

We are looking for reliable and motivated Process Workers with an immediate start.

As our Process Worker, you will be responsible for

• Pick and pack of eggs into cartons
• Loading cartons of eggs onto conveyor belts
• Working at a fast pace
• Repetitive tasks and can be standing and bending for long periods
• Be proud to play a key role in ensuring fresh eggs reach supermarket shelves – your work directly supports the food chain and keeps communities stocked!

Role Details

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 2.30PM. Hours may extend with a PM shift of 2.30pm - 11.30pm.

Location: MacGregor ACT

Salary: Starting from $32.18 per hour depending on experience (penalty rates on afternoon shift)

Requirements

Previous experience working in a packing/production environment.

Used to working to a fast pace in a high-pressure setting.

Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting loads.
• Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team.
• Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.
• A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening, is required before you begin.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
