JOB SUMMARY

Procurement Specialist II supports procurement and sourcing operations by providing concierge-level service to the line of business for contract, purchasing, supplier, and invoicing matters within the Coupa platform. The role is responsible for executing sourcing projects, registering savings initiatives, and collaborating with Category Management teams to deliver cost savings and efficient procurement processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform concierge service for the line of business, supporting contract, purchasing, supplier, and invoicing activities in Coupa.
• Provide enablement, execution, and advisory support on procurement and sourcing-related matters.
• Execute simple sourcing projects within client-specified value thresholds using competitive sourcing or targeted negotiations.
• Register sourcing projects and track associated savings in the Coupa system.
• Deliver target number of sourcing projects and associated cost savings.
• Act as a business partner and collaborate closely with the Category Management team.
• Support procurement processes while ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or related procurement activities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and gain respect across teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organizational environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work on time.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Experience with Coupa Source-to-Pay systems.
