New World Centre City is seeking two enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Produce Assistants to join our Produce Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Hours of Work

Position 1

Saturday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm

Sunday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

12.5 hours per week

Position 2

Friday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Sunday: 12:30pm - 9:00pm

Monday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

16.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Replenishing and rotating stock to ensure products remain fresh and well presented.

Building and maintaining attractive produce displays.

Assisting customers with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented department and storeroom.

Following all Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.

Supporting the team to achieve high department standards.

What We're Looking For

Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility and a willingness to help where needed.

A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
