Seeking a full-time salaried Product Manager, the successful candidate will own the OX Engineered Products line, focusing on maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share while working closely with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into product requirements and successful launches.

##### Key responsibilities

Develop and champion a long-term product strategy and roadmap based on market analysis and customer insights

Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and validate product requirements

Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for new product introductions, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus

5+ years of experience in Product Management within the building materials or construction industry

Proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle from concept to commercialization

Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices

Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
