Working remotely on a contract basis, the Product Manager will collaborate with senior product leaders and cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver custom digital products for enterprise clients, focusing on managing product backlogs and facilitating discovery processes.

##### Key responsibilities

Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for user and business needs throughout product delivery

Collaborate with senior product leaders to define product strategy, priorities, and delivery plans

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from client stakeholders and maintain product backlogs

##### Required qualifications

2 - 6 years of experience managing digital products or custom software delivery in an Agile environment

Experience partnering with cross-functional software development teams, including design and engineering

Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable product backlogs

Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with five additional years of relevant experience substituting for a degree
