Product Support Manager
Job Description
The Product Support Manager oversees the complete lifecycle product support strategy for the program data logger hardware and associated systems. This role is critical because product support for military hardware — particularly provisioning, warranty management, spare parts, and sustainment planning — is a highly specialized discipline governed by specific GEIA standards, DoD handbooks, and acquisition lifecycle frameworks.
The Product Support Manager ensures that the program system is not just fielded, but fully supportable across its lifecycle with appropriate spares posture, maintenance strategies, provisioning documentation, and warranty administration.
This role works closely with the Logistics Engineer & Lifecycle Logistician and the Warehouse/Assembly Technicians to ensure seamless support from factory to field.
This position is located onsite in Quantico, VA.
