Production And Compliance Manager
Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Compliance Manager for our client, a leading digital dental laboratory specialising in medical device manufacturing and guided surgery solutions across the UK and Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you'll lead production, quality and compliance, ensuring the highest regulatory standards while supporting operational efficiency and continued growth.
### Key Responsibilities
Oversee production planning, scheduling and quality control
Manage ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and DAMAS quality management systems
Lead internal and external audits
Oversee quality assurance across the laboratory
Manage MHRA product registrations and regulatory compliance
Liaise with IT providers on cybersecurity compliance
Drive continuous improvement across production and compliance
### About You
Experience in a Production, Quality, Compliance or Regulatory role
Experience managing ISO quality management systems, ideally ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audit processes
Ability to interpret and implement regulations
Medical device, dental or other regulated manufacturing experience is advantageous
