Pay: £12.71-£16.52 per hourJob Description:Production Operative – PermanentLocation: Port TalbotSalary: £12.71 per hour + 30% shift allowanceShifts: 3-shift rotation (Days, Afternoons, Nights) 0600-1400/1400-2200/2200-0600Holidays: 24 days + Bank HolidaysAdditional: Factory shutdown periods (annual leave will be used during this time) 2 weeks summer, 2 weeks Christmas, 1 week over Easter.We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in the FMCG sector, for an experienced Production Operative to join their growing team on a permanent basis.About the RoleYou’ll be working as part of a busy production team, operating machinery and ensuring high standards are met at every stage of the manufacturing process.
