Production Operative

Vita Actives is excited to be expanding our team and is looking for - Production Operatives

Carrowteige, Co. Mayo, Ireland

We’re a growing team of industry experts, dedicated to producing high-quality, powder blends, capsules, and tablets for our customers.

This is a hands-on production role. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, food or pharmaceutical environments is desirable but full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Operate powder blending, filling and packing equipment
• Operate capsule filling and tablet manufacturing machinery
• Prepare and blend powders to production specifications
• Weigh, fill, seal and label products
• Carry out routine quality checks and complete production records
• Follow production, quality, hygiene and safety procedures
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Handle raw materials and finished products
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
• About You

The successful candidate will be

• Dependable, punctual and committed
• Safety-conscious with good attention to detail
• Able to follow procedures and instructions accurately
• Able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
• The role involves regularly lifting and handling loads of up to 25 kg as part of normal production duties.

Available to work a two-shift-rotating cycle
