Responsibilities

**THE ROLE:**

As the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage End-to-End ownership of overall solutions for innovative products. Solid program management of various software development teams, monitoring the quality of the resulting software deliverables and a strong partnership with the customer support teams are the key focus area of this role.

**THE PERSON:**

The right candidate will have solid knowledge of program management, impeccable track record of delivering complex software programs, and experience with Device Drivers, Firmware, Graphics technology, SOC product development and customer facing experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Plan and execute programs focusing on quality and deadlines
• Drives completion of all required deliverables, with a focus on customer quality feedback and established deadlines
• Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs
• Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications
• Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
• Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions
• Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
• Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:**

• Proven Program or Project Management experience in a dynamic, engineering‑driven environment (software, firmware, silicon, or platform development)
• Experience supporting Data Center, HPC, AI, GPU, or SoC‑based products is strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive‑level status reporting
• Demonstrated success leading matrixed, cross‑functional teams; people management experience is a plus
• Ability to support global execution teams (Asia and North America time zones)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies; Agile or PMP certification is a plus
• Experience using Power BI or similar tools for program reporting and analytics is a plus

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:**

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is desired
