About the Role

As a Program Manager, you’ll be the engine behind the successful execution of high-impact transformation programs across the EMEA region. While the Program Director sets the high-level vision, you are the person who turns that strategy into reality—managing the day-to-day complexity of workstreams to ensure we hit every milestone with quality and precision. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing and content programs, ensuring all projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows that translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable tasks for our teams.

  • Coordinate across internal disciplines—including creative, strategy, production, and technology—to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

  • Monitor program budgets and financial performance, assisting with scoping and resource tracking to maintain account health and profitability.

  • Implement AI-enabled tools and workflows within your programs to drive delivery efficiency and stay at the forefront of innovation.

  • Resolve day-to-day delivery challenges and bottlenecks, escalating to the Program Director only when necessary to maintain momentum.

  • Support new business efforts by providing realistic delivery assumptions, timelines, and feasibility checks for pitches and proposals.

  • Maintain strong documentation and governance structures to ensure transparency for both internal stakeholders and clients.

About You

The essentials:

  • Experience: 6–8 years of experience in project or program management within an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced digital environment.

  • Execution Focus: A proven track record of managing integrated digital projects and a solid understanding of (Agile) delivery frameworks.

  • Organisational Skills: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple concurrent workstreams without breaking a sweat.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to keep diverse teams aligned and stakeholders informed.

  • Commercial Acumen: Comfortable managing project budgets and understanding the levers that drive account profitability.

  • Tech-Forward: A proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies and how they can be applied to improve delivery.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Experience working with global or multi-regional teams and navigating local market dynamics.

  • Background in large-scale CX initiatives or website replatforming programs.

  • Familiarity with content production, social media campaigns, or integrated marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) and marketing tech ecosystems.
