The Role
This role is focused on providing administration support to multiple Project Managers, coordinating documentation for construction lite projects. This fixed-term position is based in our Alexandra office and provides parental leave cover.
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in a similar project support role in construction would be advantageous
• Strong computer skills MS Office Suite, (an advantage if skilled in Procore, a project management system) and able to learn new technology quickly
• An analytical and logical approach to organizing and carrying out your work
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Personal drive, initiative and a natural curiosity to understand and solve problems
• Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues.
