The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing sites, and have a passion for delivering high-quality projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Project Delivery – Assisting in the planning and delivery of projects.
• Leading Project Teams – Providing leadership and direction to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical Oversight – Ensuring site work aligns with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Resource Organisation – Overseeing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (both direct resource and subcontracted) to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• What We’re Looking For
• Formal Qualification – preferred, or equivalent experience
• Proven civil construction experience – 5 years post study NZ experience particularly in urban infrastructure and maintenance projects.
• Strong track record – delivering complex civils projects on time and within budget
• Strong Project Management Skills – across safety, contracts, financial management, programming and stakeholder management.
• Technical Proficiency – Strong computer literacy and familiarity with construction management software.
• Collaborative and Solutions-Focused Attitude – Someone who adds value and takes ownership of projects.
