Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong data analysis skills to support procurement operations. This role will manage key operational projects, improve supplier performance, and maintain important procurement data. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable collaborating across different teams and with suppliers. Previous procurement experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Performance Management

• Lead and track cost-savings projects, ensuring milestones, actions, and financial targets are achieved on time.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and manage escalation processes by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring supplier accountability.
• Prepare and share cost-savings progress reports and daily performance dashboards.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and presentation-ready performance metrics.
• Support both routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements for leadership.

Supplier Management & Governance

• Maintain supplier risk data and ensure accuracy and timely resolution of flagged risks.
• Track supplier progress on environmental compliance surveys and other sustainability data initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

Master Data Management

• Maintain and validate purchasing master data to ensure alignment across procurement, finance, and operations.
• Support improvements in data processes, controls, and overall data quality.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in project management with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience using dashboards or BI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Preferred

• Experience in procurement or supply chain functions such as supplier management, sourcing, or purchasing operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supplier portals, or procurement analytics tools.
• Experience working with suppliers in a global environment.
