About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a growing technology-focused environment, taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple client-facing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, project coordinators, and stakeholders, balancing structure with flexibility while maintaining clear ownership across all stages of delivery.

The role is ideal for someone who combines strong delivery discipline with excellent communication skills, can confidently manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and is comfortable balancing competing priorities across multiple fast-moving projects.

## Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from planning through to execution and completion
• Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation of teams and delivery timelines
• Own and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking costs, identifying financial risks, and ensuring projects remain commercially on track
• Identify, assess, and actively manage delivery and operational risks across multiple projects, implementing clear mitigation and escalation strategies
• Manage change control processes, ensuring scope changes are documented, assessed, and communicated clearly to stakeholders
• Maintain clear and consistent stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, timelines, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Drive proactive problem-solving across projects, removing blockers, managing changing priorities, and maintaining delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality standards, commercial objectives, and client expectations
• Monitor project performance and drive accountability for successful delivery outcomes

## Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within a technology environment
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery
• Demonstrable hands-on experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and cost control (3+ years)
• Demonstrable experience identifying, managing, and mitigating project and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiatives (3+ years)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities across multiple active projects
• Experience working closely with technical teams (e.g. engineers) and understanding of project delivery within technology environments
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment that requires both structure and adaptability
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail while maintaining focus on wider business and delivery outcomes
• Proven experience leading projects with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable delivery results
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously in a client-facing or delivery-focused environment

## Nice to Have

• Experience working in a tech services, consultancy, or client-facing delivery environment
• Experience successfully managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects in a fast-paced technology environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Exposure to commercial project delivery and customer-focused environments
