Job Description
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' initiatives, the full-time Project Manager - Veteran Suicide Prevention will manage programs aimed at reducing Veteran suicide through innovative strategies and improved care coordination, working remotely across various states.
##### Key responsibilities
Plan, initiate, manage, execute, and close programs to enhance the integrated Health Care System
Streamline interactions and promote alternative methods for chronic pain management
Bridge care coordination gaps between VA and community providers
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
PMP certification required
4 years' experience supporting a government agency or a large healthcare organization
