To support the implementation of a new screening solution, the contract Property Management Specialist will manage light project tasks, audit application channels, and ensure data accuracy while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Support the technical implementation of a new screening solution through project management and analysis

Audit and update all Apply Now Calls to Action across various channels to facilitate the transition to a new online application form

Test and confirm that data flows accurately between the new application portal and Yardi, ensuring compliance with pricing regulations

##### Required qualifications

Experience with Yardi Site Manager administration and configuration

Familiarity with multifamily or property management systems

Knowledge of data mapping, conversion, and standardization

Experience in website QA and API validation

Proficiency in data auditing and testing
