QA Automation Analyst

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office (160 Front Street West, Toronto) at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**

• Perform comprehensive QA testing, ensuring all business‑signed‑off logics and data mappings are validated thoroughly.
• Design and execute test scenarios that cover all functional, integration, data, and edge‑case conditions that may impact deliverables or expected logic behavior.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Java and/or Python.
• Ensure high‑quality standards by creating detailed test cases, test plans, and defect documentation.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**

• QA Automation: Strong hands on experience in designing and executing automated test scripts.
• SQL: Excellent ability to write complex SQL queries for validation of data, mappings, and ETL outputs.
• ETL Testing: Experience validating ETL workflows, transformation logic, and data consistency across systems.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python and Java for automation, scripting, and validation.
• Selenium: Hands on experience creating and maintaining Selenium based automation for UI workflows.
• Automation Frameworks: Ability to build or enhance frameworks in Java or Python (e.g., TestNG, PyTest, Page Object Model, hybrid frameworks).
