QA Coordinator

Job Description - QA Coordinator (CREQ )

Responsibilities

• E2E Test coordinator responsible for planning and executing E2E testing activities requiring multiple team collaboration
• Coordinate with multiple downstream teams including Vendors
• Maintain close relationship with Environment and multiple downstream SIT leads to ensure environment is fully provisioned and testing progresses as planned
• Host E2E Test Planning meetings with all relevant stakeholders
• Work independently with program timelines, identify risks and provide mitigations, maintain open communication with stakeholders and Escalate issues as needed
• Hands‑on experience in SDLC Agile methodology using Jira, Zephyr, Confluence

Requirements

• Overall 2–5 years of solid QA Testing experience with E2E Coordination
• Good understanding of the entire QA process
• Hands‑on experience using Jira and Confluence
• E2E Coordination experience with multiple downstream teams and vendors
• E2E Playbook creation and task tracking to completion
• Experience with test data identification for downstream applications and collaboration with source systems to create them
• Effective and efficient use of test environments; proactively manage conflicts and issues with environments
• Reporting and continuous improvement opportunities
• Ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects and tasks concurrently
• Strong documentation, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Risk identification and mitigation to enable program to run as planned
• Java, Selenium, and API automation knowledge would be an advantage
