To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Analyst will analyze quality data, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Plan and schedule audits for SOP adherence, using standardized evaluation points

Document findings in detailed audit reports and collaborate with business leaders on corrective action plans

Create quality metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

##### Required qualifications

3-4 years of related experience and/or training

* Proficient PC skills, including M365 and HRIS
