ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a Radiologist Services Coordinator to join our team.  If you are a someone who loves organising, is efficient, and builds strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities include

• Building trusted relationships with Radiologists, and the broader team
• Organising and scheduling of rosters, workflows, sign offs, assigning exams, leave, unforms and other administrative activities to ensure smooth delivery of service
• Onboarding new Radiologists seamlessly including accreditation, Medicare compliance and systems training
• Preparation of Radiologist timesheets/payroll for processing
• Organising meetings, collating agenda items, venue, catering and minuting
• Oversee travel requirements including flights, accommodation and car hire

ABOUT YOU

• Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail, you like to get things right!
• Passionate about building relationships with stakeholders, being the trusted go to person
• Demonstrated experience in a complex administration, executive assistant or coordinator role
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential issues
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills including the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Enjoys problem solving and managing competing priorities
• Strong experience with MS Office suite and diary management
• Exposure to Medical, Health or Radiology beneficial, but not essential
