The Role

Our Regional Managers play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and development of our Lower North Services. This is a Permanent, Full-Time position that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an ability to drive results.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a management/leadership role

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

A track record of implementing change improvements and driving continuous development initiatives

An understanding of the social service sector
