Regional Operations and L&D Director

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Regional Operations and L&D Director to join the Subway team. As the Regional Operations and L&D Director, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with regional teams to ensure that our restaurants meet and exceed the standards of excellence in customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and profitability. You will also be responsible for leading the Learning & Development initiatives in the region.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry, ideally with a QSR background. You will have a passion for training and development and will have experience leading and implementing effective training initiatives. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
