What you will be doing in the role
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Centre, you'll be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional patient-centred care in a fast-paced private healthcare environment.
Unlike many traditional Emergency Departments, our private Emergency Centre enables us to take a more holistic approach to care. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and their families, providing not only expert clinical care, but also emotional support, education and reassurance throughout their emergency care journey.
Working across a broad range of presentations including cardiac, neurological, respiratory, paediatric, sporting injuries, wound management and acute medical conditions, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while contributing to outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.
Reporting to our experienced and supportive Nurse Unit Manager, you will utilise your clinical judgement, adapt confidently to changing priorities, and collaborate closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams to deliver truly person-centred care.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum two years' experience within an Emergency Department or Critical Care setting
A confident and adaptable clinician who can respond effectively to rapidly changing situations and competing priorities
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated empathy and commitment to delivering patient-centred care
Flexible availability across a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons and nights
