Job Overview
We looking for Registered nurses to Join our Dedicated Team. Clinics are run from Haslemere Health Centre, Grayshott Surgery and Witley Surgery.
available shifts Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within Enhanced Access clinics. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care in accordance with professional standards, organisational policies and evidence-based practice. The role will support the delivery of accessible healthcare services during evening and weekend clinics, ensuring patients receive timely assessment, treatment, advice and referral as appropriate.
Responsibilities
Assess patients’ needs, gather relevant information and document findings accurately.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Wound care and dressings
Cervical cytology (smear) screening
Phlebotomy
Medication administration e.g. vitamin B12 injections
Share relevant updates with colleagues and escalate concerns promptly. Your impact: clear records and timely communication help colleagues coordinate care and support safer decisions for patients.
Experience
Required: You will bring practical patient care skills, sound anatomy knowledge and the ability to administer medication safely, communicate clearly, maintain accurate records and recognise when concerns need escalation.
Experience in a nursing or patient-facing care setting, confidence working collaboratively, and the ability to adapt your approach to people with varied needs will support you in this role.
