- Stakeholder & Regulatory Compliance: Interface directly with local authorities, Uisce Éireann technical teams, and Shareridge management team and regional engineers to coordinate road opening licenses (MRL System), street works compliance, and handovers.
- Feasibility & Operational Analysis: Review physical site parameters, engineering survey data, and dimensional scope metrics to perform feasibility assessments and determine ideal material deployment.
- Performance Assurance: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generating engineering-centric data models on output capacity, resource gaps, and structural reinstatement quality.
- Risk & H&S Alignment: Evaluate regional site risks and ensure planning schedules align with strict Shareridge Health & Safety guidelines, specific site restrictions, Quality and environmental protection protocols.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Construction Management, Project Management or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven operational planning or scheduling experience within utility sectors.
- Technical Competencies: Proficient with professional project management and planning software.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to manipulate spatial and scheduling data along with excellent communication skills.
