Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and promoting AKC resources.

##### Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately

Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while resolving issues effectively

Utilize multiple software programs to assist customers and maintain professional communication throughout the day

##### Required qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams

Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently

Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer inquiries

Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system

Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
