Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, addressing questions and concerns effectively

Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating interactions when necessary

Track call-related information for auditing and reporting, providing feedback on call issues

##### Required qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

General knowledge of Windows-based systems and comfort with desktop computer systems
