The Lindis Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Reservationist to support the day-to-day reservations operations across our portfolio of businesses.

About the Role
Working closely with the Reservations Manager and our operational teams, this role is responsible for managing enquiries and bookings, maintaining accurate guest information, coordinating pre-arrival requirements and ensuring every interaction reflects the personalised service and attention to detail expected of The Lindis Group.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accommodation enquiries and reservations across The Lindis Group properties.
Respond to guest and travel agent enquiries warmly, professionally and efficiently.
Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations through confident, personalised communication and strong product knowledge.
Accurately create and maintain reservations, guest profiles, preferences and special requirements within relevant systems.
Manage pre-arrival communication and ensure important guest information is clearly communicated to operational teams.
Follow up tentative bookings and outstanding enquiries.
Assist with cancellations, amendments, no-shows and applicable charges in line with company policies.
Coordinate guest activities and experiences with guides, suppliers and operational teams.
Assist with wedding, elopement and special-event enquiries as required.
Support VIP, repeat guest and special-occasion reservations with additional attention to detail.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with guests, travel agents, suppliers and local service providers.
Assist with guest and agent invoicing, vouchers and other reservations administration.
Assist with Sage reservations and enquiries when required.
Support the coordination of Mt Isthmus reservations and communicate relevant requirements to the operational team.
Escalate guest concerns, unusual requests or reservation issues to the Reservations Manager where appropriate.
Maintain excellent knowledge of all The Lindis Group properties, experiences, rates and offerings.
Work collaboratively across the wider team to ensure a seamless transition from reservation to on-property experience.
Assist with other reservations and administrative duties as reasonably required.
Role Requirements
Previous experience in reservations, guest services or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within luxury hospitality or tourism.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating with high-end guests and travel trade partners.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
Experience using reservations software, property management systems or similar platforms.
Ability to learn and confidently maintain detailed product knowledge across multiple properties and experiences.
Comfortable working independently and effectively in a remote working environment.
Flexibility to work variable start and finish times as part of a roster.
Availability to work a rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.
A professional, positive and collaborative approach.
