Restoration & Remediation Technician

We have two Restoration & Remediation Technician positions available in our growing team.

Dwelling & Contents Technician - Based both on various sites and at our Rangiora Depot

Laundry & Contents Technician - Based predominantly at our Rangiora Depot but occasionally requires work on various sites

Both 3 or 4 rostered days per week (24 hours to 36 hours per week + overtime & bonus opportunities)

Both roles are ideal for individuals who takes pride in delivering high-quality work in challenging environments and committed to restoring properties to safe, compliant conditions.

As a technician, you will be responsible for responding to residential and commercial sites affected by water, fire, mould, and environmental hazards. You will carry out remediation works in accordance with industry standards, ensuring safety, efficiency, and attention to detail at every stage. Aspects of this job are physically demanding and require stamina and the ability to lift.

Due to the nature of our work and the physical and emotional loss our clients have undergone, it is essential for the successful candidate to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, have a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in restoration, construction, or environmental services is advantageous, though full training can be provided to the right applicant.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Full driver’s licence

Ability to confidently drive a manual vehicle

Physically fit, with the stamina required for demanding work

Ability to work while wearing PPE and respirator when required
