Retail Assistant/Grill Chef

• We’re seeking a Retail Assistant and Grill Chef to serve fresh seafood, assist with food prep in the grill, support daily kitchen operations, and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

• Your day might Include:
• Working the wet seafood counters to serve retail customers
• Serving up the freshest fish and seafood to our hungry customers from our grill
• Assisting with prep and cooking in the Fish Market Grill - seafood lovers, this is your playground
• Working the till and managing counter service
• Delivering friendly, top-notch service to locals and tourists alike
• Helping with inventory, stock takes, and keeping things running smoothly
