About the Role
We have a few full-time roles available in the store across Trade, Retail and Admin. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, sales driven, hands-on environment where product knowledge, presentation, teamwork, and customer focus matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance
- Support day-to-day operations including merchandising, stock replenishment and pricing
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You’ll Bring
- Passion for customer service and creating a positive in-store experience
- Interest or knowledge in hardware, DIY or home improvement products
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn and continuously build product knowledge
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, flexibility to climb ladders and move heavy goods around, is important
- * Available full-time and able to work on weekends
Additional roles-
1) Hardware Department - knowledge of hand & power tools, and sales driven
2) Marketing & Comms - customer and team engagement, marketing and social media coordinator
