To support financial operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Financial Representative will perform complex pre-service financial counseling, handle patient inquiries, and manage payment plans remotely while ensuring accurate billing and collections processes.

##### Key responsibilities

Create hospital and physician estimates, review eligibility, and secure payment at the time of service

Provide financial assistance screening, monitor Medicaid approvals, and address patient billing inquiries through various channels

Collaborate with clinical areas for estimate template creation, train staff on usage, and track collection accuracy

##### Required qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities

Advanced knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and terminology

Intermediate understanding of CPT and ICD-9 codes

Familiarity with UB-04 and HCFA-1500 forms and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) interpretation
