Road Marking Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Road Marking Coordinator to join our team in Taranaki. In this role you will provide necessary direction and leadership to the Road Marking team. You will provide measured feedback to the leadership team and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead effective participation of the team, contributing to business planning
Organise, direct and monitor project operations
Manage the allocation of people, plant, technology and resources
Provide general administrative support for contracts including end of month assistance.
Manage project documentation including contracts and supplier agreements

- Proven experience in understanding of financial control and quality systems
- Proven track record of project management and delivery across multiple sectors
- Experience of providing good quality administration support
- Previous experience with financial reporting processes
- Customer focused with the ability to deliver value-driven solutions
- Strong communication skills
Current driver’s license
