Roadside & Mobile Service Operations Associate

**What to Expect**

The Roadside & Mobile Service Operations associate will provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Support and Mobile Service Programs. Additionally, this role will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for coordination of support with systems, invoicing and general relationship management as well as a particular focus in new Roadside provider onboarding & systems training.

**What You'll Do**

• 3+ years’ work experience in a FOH, customer facing role. Preferably within automotive service
• Work experience in a BOH, admin/support role.
• Experience in building business to business relationships
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite and increase their learning in these applications independently if required.
• General understanding of Accounts.
• General understanding of Tesla Service.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Fluent English (verbal & written)
• Medium/High Microsoft excel capabilities
