We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing to join our team on a long-term contract basis.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial accuracy, delivering insightful analytics, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring all financial processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals to support reporting objectives.
• Conduct detailed Price/Volume/Mix analysis to uncover revenue drivers and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to interpret financial results and variances.
• Develop and refine management reporting tools, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts to provide actionable insights.
• Deliver comprehensive financial analyses to inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial reporting and workflow efficiency.
• Support inventory accounting and manufacturing variance analysis to ensure accurate financial representation.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial roles, with a preference for candidates with manufacturing expertise.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial close processes, revenue analysis, and margin analytics.
• Extensive experience conducting Price/Volume/Mix analyses.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial findings.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and integrating into a team environment.
• Preferred experience with standard costing systems and inventory accounting methodologies.
