Roofing Team Leader/Scoper

**About the role**

Edwards & Hardy Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Team Leader to join our growing team in Feilding, Manawatu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled roofers, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and on schedule. As the Roofing Team Leader, you will play a key role in the success and growth of our company.

**What you'll be doing**

Your responsibilities will include

• Laying long run iron roofs.
• Completing relevant flashing and ridging work
• Maintaining high health and safety standards according to our policies and procedures.
• Training and mentoring apprentice roofers.

We are looking for

• 3+ years long run roofing experience or Concrete tile. Metal Tile would be an advantage.
• Great at problem solving/Measure to cut.
• An ability to work within deadlines.
• A full driving license.
