We are seeking 10 Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our teams working in Queenstown.

Key Responsibilities

Completing allocated rooms within the allocated time

Replenishing and controlling guest supplies and amenities, including bathroom amenities, mini bar, towels and linen

Preparing each room to the required standard

Rotating and replacing room items in accordance with set requirements, such as mattress protectors, bedspreads and pillows

Reporting missing items from guest rooms, such as kettles, cups, glasses, irons and hangers

Presenting guest rooms to hotel standards

Providing buddy training when directed by the manager or supervisor

Following company policies and procedure manuals

Reporting maintenance required in rooms

The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should have:

Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness

Ability to work well in a team environment

Good communication and customer service skills

Comfort with physical tasks

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality

A professional and reliable attitude

Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required

* Good time management and organisational skills

Qualifications No formal qualification or previous work experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.
