RTL Design Lead

Lead and manage a team of RTL design engineers to deliver high quality and efficient designs for AMD's next generation products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, and physical design, to define and implement design goals and requirements.

Drive the RTL design process, including setting design methodology, tools, and flow, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting growth and development.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate progress and issues to upper management.

Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks in the design process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RTL design and implement new techniques and methodologies to improve team efficiency and productivity.

Perform RTL code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.

Collaborate with third-party vendors and IP providers to integrate their RTL into AMD's designs.

Act as a subject matter expert on RTL design, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company as needed.
