You'll be part of the Nursing Workforce Team, working closely with the Associate Director of Nursing Workforce, Deputy Director of Nursing Workforce and senior nursing leaders across the organisation, helping embed a consistent, evidence based approach to safe staffing that reflects national best practice whilst remaining grounded in the realities of daily operational nursing. There will be opportunities to collaborate across the wider Group as our approaches to safe staffing and workforce assurance continue to develop.

These are organisation wide roles, and post holders will be required to work flexibly across ULTH sites as part of the seven day safe staffing service.
