We're looking for ambitious, energetic and commercially-minded sales professionals to join our high-performing Residential Sales Team. This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role where you'll handle a steady stream of inbound enquiries while proactively reaching out to customers to generate new business, win back opportunities and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Convert inbound enquiries into bookings and revenue
• Follow up quotes, leads and existing customers through outbound sales activity
• Identify upsell opportunities and maximise value on every interaction
• Confidently overcome objections and close sales on the spot
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service
• Maintain high levels of call activity, conversion and sales performance
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems
