Sales Associate (Buyers Agent) – Join Property Brokers!

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to person for buyers. Working closely with the salesperson, you'll prospect, show properties, help negotiate sales and make sure every buyer gets a first-class experience from first enquiry through to settlement day. You'll have the guidance and expertise of an experienced salesperson behind you, with the freedom to work independently and own your part of the business.

Your day will include

•     Setting up and managing a buyer prospecting system, including weekly listing searches and buyer matching

•     Conducting buyer viewings and open homes, and following up for feedback

•     Negotiating with purchasers as required

•     Preparing Sale and Purchase Agreements and liaising with solicitors

•     Proofing auction and tender documents and keeping transaction reports complete

•     Managing PropertySuite reminder series and buyer communications

•     Organising pre-settlement inspections and looking after purchasers on settlement day

•     Attending weekly caravan and sales meetings

•     Looking after the salesperson's business when they're away

No two days will be the same, and that's just how you like it.

What You'll Bring

•     A current Real Estate Licence (Salesperson licence)

•     Confidence building rapport with buyers and a natural ability to read what they're looking for

•     Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal

•     The ability to work independently while being a true team player

•     Great organisation and attention to detail, especially with contracts and documents

•     Tech-savvy with confidence in digital tools and databases (PropertySuite experience a bonus)

•     A positive, can-do attitude, a sense of humour and a commitment to exceptional client service

•     A full, current driver's licence

Real estate sales experience is an advantage, but not essential. If you're driven and eager to learn, we'll provide the training and mentoring you need to grow your career.
