Gatwick Airport Monsoon is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. What you'll be doing:

·Creating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.

·Delivering exceptional customer service with energy, enthusiasm and confidence.

·Using your product knowledge to inspire customers and recommend products that suit their needs.

·Identifying opportunities for add-on and linked sales, helping customers complete their look while driving store performance.

·Staying up to date with promotions, campaigns and new product launches.

·Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and deliver commercial success.

·Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation and stock replenishment.

·Ensuring the store always looks its best by following visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

·Promoting an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Your Working Hours

You'll work your contracted hours each week, with shifts scheduled across our trading week from Sunday to Saturday. As an airport store, flexibility is key, and during busy trading periods or to provide holiday cover, there may be opportunities to work additional hours. You may also be asked to support neighbouring stores and wider teams when required.

Important Information

This role is based at Gatwick Airport. Due to airport security requirements, all applicants must:

·Be aged 18 years or over

·Be able to work a variety of shifts across the airport's operating hours (03:30am - 21:00pm)

·Be eligible to complete and pass the required pre-employment checks

As part of the recruitment process, successful candidates will be required to complete:

·A Basic Criminal Record Check (CRC)

·A DBS check

·Airport security clearance checks

·Verification of a full five-year employment, education and/or activity history prior to employment
