Hello and welcome to WayPoint,
WayPoint Marketing for the past 5 years has been building brand awareness and driving customer acquisition for International food Brand HelloFresh and Not-for-Profit Organizations using our sales skills to benefit our countries beautiful Children, Saving our Hearts and supporting people impacted by Cancer in New Zealand.
We are looking for people with an bit of flair.
With the clients we represent as premium as this, we have decided not look for people purely on their sales experience…
Because lets face it…. With the right mindset, skills are easy to learn.
Oh, if you haven't worked it out by now, WayPoint is not a Resturant. We are here because some of the best sales people have come from a Hospo background.

Work Life Balance. (We can work around your schedule and availability)
No early starts or late finish. Selling times can be between 10am - 8pm (Mon - Sat Available)
Uncapped commission + Weekly incentives.
Full in house product training + mentorship

What You’ll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers face-to-face on behalf of the clients we represent.
Collaborating daily with a team of like-minded, enthusiast professionals.
Meeting performance targets and smashing KPIs.
