Sales Support Executive- 12 Months FTC

We’re looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executives to join our team in supporting our vision of Creating the Future of Media on a 12 Months FTC. What you’ll be doingThis is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed. Your duties may include: -Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre-and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systemsProvide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.Organize photography for requested campaigns.To ensure all activities are reflective of the ‘knowledge, accuracy & efficiency’ team pillars.Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.What we are looking forProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional standard of customer service High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data Adaptable and resilient, with a positive approach to change Collaborative team player with a proactive, "how can we" mindset Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively What’s in it for youSalary of £28,000 + quarterly Group commission Flexible working and a hybrid setup that gives the freedom to have your work -life balanceEnjoy 25 paid holidays, as well as those well needed bank holidays!
