Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Architects to lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, customer-facing portal development, integrations, application support, stakeholder management, and production support operations.

Role Descriptions

Design, develop, configure and implement Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.

Work across Salesforce platforms and products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and/or other Salesforce technologies.

Develop and customise Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows and Salesforce APIs.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.

Design solution and technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or other integration technologies.

Configure Salesforce features including Flows, validation rules, security, objects, reports, dashboards and automation.

Develop reusable and maintainable solutions following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Participate in technical design, code reviews, development, testing, deployment and production support.

Work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and delivery teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, security and user experience.

Support CI/CD, release management and DevOps practices across Salesforce environments.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions for application and integration problems.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, specifications and deployment documentation.

Ensure solutions comply with relevant security, governance, privacy and enterprise architecture standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and other team members where required.

Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce platforms, development practices and delivery processes.
