The Work

As an SAP Finance Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering SAP-enabled finance transformations by leading solution design, configuration, and delivery across core finance processes.

• Lead SAP Finance workstreams across implementations, conversion, or transformation programs.
• Advise clients on SAP Finance best practices and help them optimize financial processes and controls.
• Design and configure SAP Finance solutions aligned to business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, HR, Data, Tax) to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
• Coach and guide junior team members and contribute to delivery excellence.
• Apply SAP and Accenture methodologies to drive high-quality outcomes.

This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.
